I graduated with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, where I gained extensive knowledge and skills in the hospitality industry. My education covered essential areas such as guest services, food and beverage management, hotel operations, and event planning.

I started my career as a sales representative, where I developed a strong foundation in sales techniques and customer relationship management. In this role, I was responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs.

I have been actively learning Excel to enhance my data management and analytical skills. This journey has equipped me with the ability to organize and analyze information efficiently, making it an essential tool in my professional toolkit.
