I am well-versed in utilizing popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest to help businesses establish a strong online presence. I will ensure that your brand's voice is effectively conveyed, resonating with your audience and setting you apart from the competition. Here are some of my works:
As a travel and food enthusiast, I started my own page called Flights and Bites PH which posts contents about travel and food in the Philippines. We have a Facebook page, Instagram account, and TikTok account. I did everything from social media management, creating a social media plan and strategy, social media organic marketing, branding, content creation, copywriting and monitoring the engagement.
Let me walk you through the process of how I manage my Social Media Platforms.
1. Social Media Strategy- I strategize my content using this planner to maintain brand consistency, save time, align with strategic goals, improve content quality, target the right audience, and make data-driven decisions.
Here is an example of a content pillar table that I made for a brand called Vie laart décor, a luxury French homewares brand when I was upskilling in Experlio to help them refine and organize their content strategy.
The brand also asked me to create an inspiration board (or mood board) using Pinterest to help define the look of their Instagram account.
2. Social Media Calendar- I use weekly and monthly calendar to organize my online presence by planning and scheduling my contents.

I make sure to incorporate Evergreen content to provide engaging social media experience for my audience.
I use Buffer as a tool to manage all of the social media accounts of my brand to make it easy for me to organize and schedule posts across these platforms and to monitor the performance of each content.
I also prepared an Editorial Calendar to manually keep track of the status of my tasks and to easily identify what needs to be accomplished to ensure productivity.
5. Benchmarking- I perform benchmarking by comparing my social media performance with my competitors' to help me identify areas of improvement, set goals, and track progress.

Social Media Data Analysis- I make decisions based on the insights from social media data to understand audience behavior, engagement patterns, trends, and the overall performance of our social media presence. These KPIs help me monitor the effectivity of my content which serve as my guide in creating my future contents.
This is the analytics of the top performing post of my page which I use as a reference on creating the types of content that my audience want to see. It has an impressive organic reach despite the page being new. This goes to show that we can optimize organic marketing as long as we post the right content. Quality over quantity! 5. Monitoring Engagement- I monitor engagement such as comments and messages to know the feedback and preference of my audience. Monitoring engagement such as comments and messages is an important role of a Social Media Manager to build connection with the audience.
Here are some feedbacks of my post featuring local restaurants here in the Philippines.
Aside from being a travel and food amateur blogger, I also experienced being an online seller in Instagram during the pandemic. Hence, I have a clear understanding in customer service as I used to monitor and reply to inquiries through DMs about my products and processed online transactions with my customers.
