Good day! I am Degie from Philippines. An aspiring Virtual Assistant with proven and excellent communication skills. I have been attending live training and have been enrolled in multiple virtual assistance courses. I am an experienced Customer Service Representative who handles outbound and inbound calls and back-office tasks for a US-based logistic company. My usual task aside from those mentioned are joining and sometimes hosting client meetings, doing quality audits, and communicating with clients thru emails.
