Hello! I am a licensed Chemical Engineer who has always been fascinated by the intersection of technology and science. I have spent 3 years working in the chemical industry - specifically in a paint manufacturing plant as a Production Supervisor responsible for designing and optimizing processes to ensure efficiency and safety. I can say I was quite good at what I am doing as I have accomplished whatever tasks thrown at me, and managed my role and responsibilities well. I believe this is also the reason why my sister convinced me to manage her team of telemarketers and asked me to be the Account Manager of her sales account. And since I have always been interested in exploring new areas and finding innovative ways to use my skills, I eagerly said yes and onboarded the team.
However, after becoming a mother of a beautiful daughter, my priorities and focus have changed. I feel the need to be more mindful with my time spent with her, and the need to be more “present” became my goal.
That's why I decided to become a virtual assistant. I have a thorough understanding of intricate systems and procedures thanks to my experience as a chemical engineer and account manager, which transfers effectively to the field of virtual support.
