I was in charge of creating and carrying out social media promotion and support plans for the brand. Additionally, I was in charge of overseeing the daily operations of the social media accounts, which included writing and scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and gathering information to assess the success of campaigns.

I was in charge of creating and putting into practice methods to increase client retention and satisfaction.
