Handled a team with 14 agents and help them in developing their skills and pass the KPI target that is being given. Conducts coaching to each agent to provide feedback and help them in enhancing their customer service skills on how to handle call scenarios. Creates daily reports for the management team. Handled 6 teams in 1 cluster with a total population of 60 people and conducts training to agents that are in need of help on how to improve their sales recommendation skill
