I’m currently working as a sales service associate in Sunlife of Canada Philippines for about 5 years, I serve as an admin officer in one of the Top branches in Sunlife Philippines. I assist in the implementation of sales initiatives like sales and recruitment promos. I also monitor completeness of requirements of new recruits, prepare daily monitoring reports of branch’s and company’s sales standing and targets. I also process new business requirements and manages logistics of the branch as well as special fund reimbursements. Coordinate with marketing department re branch qualifiers for different regional contests/promos. Coordinate Sunlife initiated trainings and agents’ affiliation-related activities with the Training Department.
During my more than 5 years of working with Sunlife I’ve learned a lot and it helped me master my work more by handling more than 400 agency force and I was able to provide assistance in their field work as a Financial Advisor since I am based in the branch I was considered as a point person for Sunlife head office.

Branch Administrator:
• Conduct regular meetings with the branch staff regarding updates and new procedures especially during contest month and responsible for monitoring the inventory of supplies, forms and equipment according to standard procedures.
• Handle proposals and coordinate incoming and outgoing documents and materials for the two product lines; in-charge of checking Special Fund reimbursements.
Sales performance monitoring:
• Assist in the implementation of sales initiatives (sales and licensing promos).
• Monitor the completeness of requirements of recruits.
• Prepare the standard daily monitoring report on life and mutual funds new business applications.
Assistance to Agency Force:
• Assist the Branch Manager in over-all branch activities.
• Coordinate with Underwriting and/or Client Services regarding additional requirements to facilitate new business processing.
• Coordinate with marketing department re branch qualifiers for different regional contests/promos.
• Coordinate Sunlife initiated trainings and agents’ affiliation-related activities with the Training Department.
Promote, market, and sell Ayala Land Premier Properties through advertisement, open houses, and participation in various sales and marketing initiatives. Assist clients in buying the properties that are most suitable to their needs. Source and build strong relationships with clients. Give clients advice on market conditions, prices, legal and documentary requirements, and other related matters.
