My work history stems from local publications in 2012, where I worked as a freelancer. I conducted research and interviews; produced news and feature articles; and handled proofreading, editing, and basic layout design. In 2015, I administered a social media page where I groomed a following while managing the page's contents.
In 2016, I started working in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, where customer service is its main focus. I was exposed to customer care and technical assistance, which aided in the development of my communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
I handled different support roles, such as Quality Analyst, Product Trainer, and Operations Team Leader. These roles strengthened my leadership, analytical, critical, and organizational skills. I have become familiar with CRM platforms, administrative duties, email management, auditing, and project management.
