Hello! My name is Danna. I've been in the customer service industry for three years. I am dedicated in helping people and going the extra mile for them. During my previous role as a customer service representative, I answer questions and solve problems with empathy. I always make sure that I exceed customers’ expectations by providing resolution and positive experience. The companies are worked for are in the TV service, TELCO and beauty industries. My tasks also include placing orders, basic technical support, retention, upselling, setting appointments, and billing. With my most recent job, I was the Top Agent for a few months.
I also have a passion for Social Media. On the days I'm not working, I am usually playing games online, as well as doing calligraphy and art. Combining my passion and hobbies made me work on my own Facebook gaming page and Instagram art account. Content Creation and Social Media Management are areas I have experience with.
