I've been a customer service representative for almost three years before being promoted to the position of Senior Specialist, where my primary responsibility is to help improve organizational efficiency by applying my knowledge to resolve complex challenges. Respond to urgent and/or sensitive Internal/External customer inquiries. Ensure good customer service and satisfaction. Mentors and coaches support agents.
Communicating with customers through phone and email. Assisting consumers with hotel reservation booking, modification, and cancellation.
Answering phone calls, responding to customer questions and complaints, and guiding customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes.
Prepares, produces, and bakes pastries, breads, and other desserts. Bakers also inspect food products as well as raw materials to ensure that they meet quality standards.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products & services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
