Hi, I am Danica May Barredo. Most of my past working experiences are from Start-up Companies like GrabPh. While working with a Start-up Companies, it helps me develop my multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills. Since it is a fast phase company, it teaches me how to adapt to a new environment and how changes are inevitable. During working with GrabPh, I attended different Training such as Managing Bias, Holding One to One Conversations, Effective Presentation Skills, Supervisor Fundamentals, Targeted Selection Workshops, and Playing with Purpose. This Training molded my work ethic, communication, and interpersonal skill.
