-I was tasked to encode all their contact details which appear in the system during the call for documentation purposes.
Ensure data are updated, accurate and well-organized, review data, and correct any errors and deficiencies.
Ensure emails are answered in a timely manner. Sort emails depending on the content, and from whom they come from.
Manage Facebook comments and direct messages from clients by answering them in a timely manner.
