I am Responsible for helping clients with questions, disputes, and policy-related matters that involves addressing queries or complaints, I assist clients with the claim procedures and provide information on insurance coverage. In addition, I'm making sure that customer satisfaction is assured and I'm collecting accurate records, and monitoring customer cases.
I manage incoming service requests and assign jobs to locksmiths and technicians. I Coordinate schedules, give information about services, and I make sure locksmiths and Technicians are dispatched quickly to fix problems for clients satisfaction. I also make outbound calls to check the services process, check on unresponsive customers and provide updates.
