Performs order handling process through; receipt of customer purchase orders (EDI/Mail/Fax), Order entry (within 24 hours)
Order adjustments/cancellations, Order block handling
Follow up on customer requests for the following: Order expedites, Special shipments, stocks check, delivery information, complaints handling , returns, credit/debits
Build strong customer relationships by proactively informing customer on status of deliveries, running open order books and communicate to the customer, maintaining intensive contact (by phone) with customers, actively participating in customer related projects in order to improve customer satisfaction levels, dedicates back-up responsibilities for other CSR’s
Provide sales support to Outside Sales through managing RFQ (Request for Quote) and quote renewals in a timely manner using “Price Authority” or “Contract Price” and work with Product Management to get approval for target prices that are below the country min, performing Price Book Management, distributing PCN to customers after Product Managers had sent internally.
• Receives complete documents from origin forwarder for the import shipments and double checking of documents if all details are tally (Billing of lading, Invoices, packing lists)
• Sending pre-alert documents to Broker/ Forwarder and coordinates the required delivery schedule based on the current status of production.
• Overall coordination with department’s purchasing and nominated forwarder for all related concerns with import documents like revisions, lacking details, request special requirements depends on the items subject for importation. (ex. MSDS, Form E, etc.
• Coordination with Broker, Forwarder, Carries/ Shipping lines and Terminal operators (3PL) for the processing of import documents, status of vessel, status of all containers until releasing and deliveries of import shipment based on required delivery date.
• Manage Lists of Importable at Ekonek/ Etrade website, uploading of new import items and request approval to Zone manager.
• Ensure on time arrival of import shipments via Ocean (FCL or LCL), Air or Courier to prevent production line stoppage by proper coordination with all nominated third party logistics.
• Daily checking and reporting to manager and department of the vessel and port status.
• Send all required documents for the processing of damaged cargo to insurance company and coordinates until payment and disposal of damaged cargo
• Coordination with PEZA representative and nominated forwarder the for Cargo Inspection before deliveries to the company
Receive shipping documents from clients importation. Coordinate with all third party logistics for the status of shipments. Monitoring of customs processing and releasing up to deliveries to clients.
