Data Entry
After graduating in 2007, I immediately applied and was hired at the same institution where I graduated. I started as an Internet Station Personnel and was later promoted to Records Clerk under the High School Department. I vividly remember the initial challenges of manually writing all the forms when I first worked as a records clerk. However, I computerized the entire process, and from 2007 until 2020, I handled all the school forms and transcripts of High School students, as well as maintaining the records from 1969 to 2020 (the year I resigned). These records were efficiently computerized and readily accessible. Additionally, I conducted a seminar on OpenOffice, Calc, Impress, Writer, and Gimp, where I served as the speaker. You can view the presentation I created during that event. Moreover, I have also managed the identification cards (IDs) of students from Grade School to College, which has provided me with extensive experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
I am truly grateful for the invaluable experience I gained in my previous job. In recognition of my 10 years of service, I was honored with an award in 2017, and I dedicated a total of 13 years to the institution. However, I made the decision to resign based on the advice of my obstetrician-gynecologist to prioritize rest during my delicate pregnancy. Subsequently, I ventured into freelancing and swiftly found a considerate client. Although it involved part-time work (only 19 to 21 minutes per day), it has been a rewarding experience. I have been working with this client for 1 year and 3 months. Consequently, I currently have ample time available if you decide to hire me. Therefore, I sincerely request you to consider hiring me now.
