"Hi there! I'm Dalica Mae San Agustin, your future Assistix you can call me Dal, Dalica or Mae whatever you want to call me. I am 27 years of age residing here in Philippines and I am raised by an extraordinary woman - my grandmother named Cleotilde. Her love, strength, and guidance have been the cornerstones of my character, shaping me into the person I am today. Life has a way of presenting challenges, but my grandmother's unwavering support fueled my determination to overcome them. The path I chose led me to graduate with a degree in Computer Science, a testament to my perseverance and commitment to learning. Those four years were more than just an academic pursuit; they were a journey of growth, discovery, and self-realization.
My journey after graduating as a Bachelor of Computer Science took an unexpected turn when I embraced the role of a Marketing Assistant. For nearly four years, I immersed myself in the dynamic world of marketing, and what followed was an enriching experience that helped me break through my own barriers and evolve in unexpected ways.
As someone who once considered themselves shy, the role of a Marketing Assistant demanded more than just product knowledge. It required me to engage with people, provide exceptional customer service, and master the art of selling. Over time, I emerged from my shell, gaining the confidence to converse with others and foster connections that transcended mere transactions. This transformation was particularly evident when I delved into the realm of digital marketing, harnessing the power of platforms like Facebook to reach wider audiences and sell our products through online marketplaces.
However, just as I was flourishing in my role, the pandemic hit, and life's challenges took an unprecedented turn. Balancing work and life became a juggling act, and the toll on my mental health was undeniable. Recognizing the importance of prioritizing well-being, I made the difficult decision to resign from my marketing position. This step, though challenging, marked a turning point. It led me to a new opportunity, one that allowed me to not only focus on my own resilience but also leverage my existing skills.
For almost two years, I served as a Remedial Officer, and my responsibilities were diverse and demanding. Taking on the role of a legal officer, I attended hearings, diligently monitored payments, incomes, transactions, and receipts. Each day brought a new set of challenges, but it was through these challenges that I learned the value of adaptability, perseverance, and attention to detail.
The sum of these experiences has equipped me with a versatile skill set that I believe could greatly benefit your team. My journey, marked by growth, setbacks, and reinvigoration, has prepared me to face new challenges head-on. With a passion for continuous learning, an unwavering work ethic, and a drive to contribute, I am confident that I can make a meaningful impact as part of your team.

• Track status and progress of Delinquent Cases.
• Plan a course of action to recover owed money.
• Sending demand letters to delinquent clients via Philpost.
• Process and filing Small Claim cases and appearing in court as company representative;
• Auditing new released clients. Checking/ Issuing Statement of Account.
• Reporting Irregularities of Area Coordinators Bookkeeping ( SSJ, Receipts, Ledger and Journals).
• Organize filing systems for confidential company documents.
• Collaborating with the marketing manager , internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
• Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
• Identify and research potential Clients.
• Responsible for interviewing customers to gather personal data and for safekeeping of all the client's record and personal information.
• Assist the customers with their inquiries and application of motorcycle loan through walk ins and online.
• Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
• Processing Customer Loan Application.
• Compose and post online content on the company's social media accounts.
• Checking / Encoding customer's information and inventory using the Sap Management System.
• Explaining contracts to clients and ensuring proper safekeeping of important documents.
• Responsible for preparation and submission of monthly reports.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
