Hi! I’m Jane, a Finance major and a mother of three…dogs. For the past three years, I have been in the BPO industry–which honed me to be an all-rounder. As a child, I’ve always been passionate about helping others, whether it’s an animal or other people, I perpetually feel a sense of responsibility to lend a helping hand.
I had quit my 9-5 job to market myself as a Virtual Assistant. Being a Virtual Assistant to me means that I get to fulfill the thing that I’m most passionate about, and make a living out of it.

Analyze and answer all help queries regarding the client’s Accounts Payable. Perform administrative tasks provided by my leads.
Make a listing of contact persons from the payroll or HR department of different US and Canada-based companies and universities, and call them to verify my client’s candidate. Make a report and enter the data gathered from the call to the client’s internal system.
Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining the books of the department on a day-to-day basis, as well as issuing checks.
Categorizing and inputting financial transactions in the system to maintain the books of the client's business.
Collect and evaluate a variety of data that can be used to benefit the client's business.
Search the internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
