My career began as a Supervisor in an embroidery factory in South Korea, where I developed strong organizational and management skills. This role involved overseeing production processes, ensuring quality control, and managing staff, which honed my ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high standards of work.
Following this, I served as an Operations Manager in a hardware store. In this position, I was responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth running of the store. This role further developed my leadership skills and my ability to manage complex operations effectively.
Additionally, I have worked as a caregiver in China, which provided me with a deep understanding of patient care, empathy, and the importance of meticulous record-keeping. This experience was invaluable in developing my communication skills, patience, and compassionate approach to care.
