Manage different social media platforms. Monitor and analyzing engagement data, creating strategies aligned with client's goals and target audience.
Handle daily administrative duties and assist the HR Manager with tasks including recruitment, record maintenance, and providing clerical support to all employees. Also, help with day-to-day operations such as filling out paperwork, answering phone calls and emails, preparing documents for meetings, and managing the supervisor's calendar.
Creating marketing strategies aligned with client's goals and target audience. Developing catchy and engaging content including text, images and videos. Interacting with the audience through comments, and other forms of engagement to build relationship in the community.
Keeping detailed records including invoices issued, payments received, and outstanding balance. Ensuring that all billing information is accurate, including pricing, quantities, and taxes. To generate accurate and timely invoices for services provided to clients. Conduct account reconciliation to ensure matching payments received with corresponding invoices.
Budget & Accounts - monitoring and managing the company's financial activities, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. Monitor and control expenses. Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, such as recording transactions and preparing journal entries.
Payroll Officer - process employee records accurately including calculating wages, deductions and overtime. Maintain employee records along with hours worked, benefits and update payroll databases. Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as well as needed for accounting and auditing purposes.
Invoice Officer - Prepare and send invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor and track payment from clients, including following up on overdue invoices. Reconcile payments received with invoices issued and resolve discrepancies. Maintain organized records and generate reports on accounts receivable status.
