I’m a person who’s having a lot of fun when it comes to solving problems. To me solving problems means that I’m going to learn something new and thinking that I can use this/that opportunity to move forward and make a lot of progress. In my 4 years of experience in different industries, it helped me develop my skills such as time management, social skills, communication skills that allowed me to provide the best customer service to the BPO industry that I believe I can use in different industries as well.
My motto in life is: “A small progress is still a progress. A small victory is still a victory. Take all the wins that you can get to make a big progress in life.”

Providing information about the status of the cards of our customers, and answering all of their inquiries on a timely manner. Completing the tasks that I’ve been given by our customer and giving the best customer service experience that they deserve.
As a representative working under the financial account, my main responsibility is to assist and provide solutions to our customers with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their accounts. This includes helping customers with managing their accounts transactions, account balance inquiries, payment processing, and more.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
To provide assistance and solutions to customers with their inquiries, concerns, complaints and requests.
