Hello I’m Cy! I am a freelance virtual assistant based on the Philippines, I am here to help you and your business with administrative data-related tasks!

I worked as Administrative Assistant for 5 years and having an organize records and well-maintained database is a fulfillment for me. If you need an eye for details and accuracy then I’m a perfect match for that.

I provide secretarial services and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks includes making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining database.

I am experienced in Data Entry, Data Cleansing and Migration. One of my works includes preparation of laboratory analysis and test reports, order of payments, Petty Cash, Bookkeeping and Preparation of Disbursement Vouchers. I’m proficient in using MS Excel, Google Docs/Google Sheets, OneDrive, Outlook and QuickBooks Online.

I also worked as a Web Content Manager and I have been responsible for Creating, editing, and publishing web contents and convert analog data to digital data for websites/ microsites / intranet posting and Upload web resources (e.g., PDFs and Images)
