Hi, I am Cyrine Fernandez. I am a graduate of Information technology and have a 9yrs of working experience in processing documents, customer service, data encoding, and administrative work. But aside from that, I love designing as it is my passion and hobby. I am a fully motivated person who is eager to grow and be part of a company to which I will dedicate my life works and success. I don't make promises, I am making sure that all work is done efficiently, professionally, and with accuracy. I believe that an online job is not different from a physical job, because we always start from the basics of something to be great at it in the future and learning is a never-ending process, willingness to learn is the key to catching up in our world arising technology.

Do administrative works such as filing, scanning documents, answering phones, emails, keeping records, going to the Bank, Pay Bills, Visits Units, Looking Contractors for Design and Renovations, generate reports, updating data’s for G-sheets, calendars, assisting the President and Managers with their Visa Application, Booking Flights, Transacting via call and emails with related Agencies, Manages the Petty Cash, Keeping Records.
▪ Do research of Market Research about Stocks, current trends, Market Prices of Condo’s. Doing recruitment of temporary office workers, drivers for the company. Doing interviews and setting schedules of their work.
▪ Assigned to assist Japanese client with their Stocks Buying and Selling via email. Record keeping and checking availabilities for Zoom meeting.
▪ Assigned to assist Japanese client with their SRRV(Special Resident Retiree's Visa) from filing, releasing or cancellations.
▪ Sending Quarterly reports about Stocks Fund from AP Securities Inc, checking, computing, recording details for commission and earnings of the Clients. Sending newsletters and Marketing Campaigns using Mail chimp and ConvertKit site.
▪ Assigned to assist in answering inquiries of aspirant Tenants. Do Unit Viewing, Deliveries, pull out of Furniture’s, Coordinating with Building Admins and Billing related Tax, Condominium Dues, Billings. Looking for perspective clients for Tenants, via Facebook, Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, Photo Taking, posting to related Real Estate sites.
▪ To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all applicants, assisting, answering phone calls and do clerical jobs by all means.
▪ Do initial interview and sourcing applicants for the manpower needs.
▪ Assisting clients conducting interview, insuring to provide quality of candidates.
▪ Answering queries via Social media and editing flyers, posting ads to promote the job hiring’s and the upcoming events/interviews.
▪ Conducting orientation, overview of the job, salary, company and assisting candidates on their offer letter.
▪ Document the collections of Passports, offer letters, photographs from the candidates that are recently hired from the employer’s interview. (Including task excel tracking, entering information on to database from paper records, scanning files, creating reports).
▪ Generating reports and records for daily monitoring. Update database system information and status.
▪ Developing, designing ideas, produce products, including artistic contributions to the company We provide high quality woodcrafts, plaques, fibrecrafts, souvenirs, accessories, stone crafts, apparels, made-to-order and personalized items. Search for potential clients online by joining groups in social networking sites like Facebook, twitter, generate reports on daily basis to check the monthly progress of accounts.
