• Handles customer complaints with technical issue’s landline phones and internet service NBN service in Australia.
• Once customer complaints are received do an outbound call to the customer and fix the faults.
• Decide where to place the router, check the route’s light to determine the router’s issues.
• Help customers to connect his/her devices.
• Help customer with her password.
• Run some tests using the company system to detect whether outside or inside connection issues.
• Receiving inbound calls for 1-hour getting customer complaints to act as a receptionist getting details to reason why customer asking for a callback.
• Providing resolution to the customer issues unable to fix remotely.
• Handle Emails.
