More Info About Me

Hi my name is Cyndy. I am 23 years old from Philippines. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Arellano University. I have experience as an Executive Secretary during my 2nd year College, my job is to support senior levels such as the dean/ president. and my responsibilities are managing schedules, handling communications, organizing meetings, and coordinating events. also oversee office operations, maintain records and handle confidential information. Additionally, assist with special projects and ensure smooth day-day operations, and serving key point of contact between executive office and other departments.


In addition, I have my first part time job as an online seller in a Clothing company and started when I was Senior High School but I stopped 4 months working with them, now I am solely selling different products/ preloved clothes of mine in the market. as an online seller, I manage selling products through digital platforms. This includes creating product listings, handling orders, and ensuring timely shipping. I provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, complaints, and returns. I also promote my products through social media, ads, and other marketing strategies. Also, I manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and analyze sales data to optimize performance. while maintaining smooth and user friendly online store.


Furthermore, I am skilled in editing pictures through Canva app also editing videos using CapCut app. and known how to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint Presentations, Google Docs, Google Excel, Google Calendar. I believe that I can collaborate well to produce common goal with the team, I have good written communication skills in English and Filipino, I am shy/introvert person verbally but I can do my work despite of it and adaptive to change and learn new things.
