I trained as a General Virtual Assistant with a focus on Social Media Management, and Customer Service.
I've also attended a number of webinars and training sessions to gain a better understanding of how a virtual assistant works.
I've been working remotely as a Quality Analyst for an e-commerce (LLC) company since 2021.
Prior to starting to work remotely, I spent 7 years with a corporate office in the BPO industry. During those seven years, I was assigned to various departments and was in charge of a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
To precisely submit and hit targets on time, I learned to be a highly detailed and organized person. I'm a joyful person with an excellent work ethic who chooses optimism in all parts of life.

I listened to and evaluated the calls of our phone agents. Creates data analysis reports focusing on identifying the agent's strengths and weaknesses as well as how to address opportunities.
During my off shift as a Quality Analyst or whenever there is a queue on our sales line, I also assist in taking sales calls.
