Ensures excellent service standards, responds efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintains high customer satisfaction. Communicates with customers through various channels (e.g. inbound call, chat, email, etc.).
Serves customers by providing product and service information, and resolving product and service problems / complaints. Keeps records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM.
Processes clients’ requests (e.g. blocking of mobile number, ATM/Debit/Credit card, etc) within predetermined turnaround time. Supports other CSRs in their role and responsibility, to enhance an effective team environment

• Ensured operational guidelines, rules and regulations were followed, verifying account balances, cash approved checks and balancing daily cash
• Respond to clients' questions and concerns related to their accounts and other bank products
• Assist clients in opening and closing savings, checking and time deposit accounts

• Accurately record all transactions to ensure all documentation and paperwork is in compliance
