Though I graduated Bachelor of Science in Information technology, I have over 8 years of experience in the BPO industry. Working in diverse roles, has shaped me into a highly adaptable and customer-focused professional. I consistently delivered customer satisfaction, driven sales, through multiple channels — phone, email, and chat. On my previous role, I’ve tried the remote set-up as well. Detail-oriented and organized Personal Assistant with hands-on experience supporting school Head in the day-to-day administrative operations. Proficient in file management, document editing, and creating polished PowerPoint presentations, designing professional invitations and certificates using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools. Known for maintaining confidentiality, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and ensuring smooth office workflows in an educational environment. These experiences helped me build strong skills in communication, time management, and problem-solving, adaptability, flexibility — all of which I’m now excited to bring into the world of Virtual Assistance.
