I was an over all amazon VA. My task is to understand Amazon customers’ needs and identify new product opportunities using data and analytics. I did product research in amazon using keepa, helium, Revseller, and other extensions to speed up deal analysis. I fulfill orders and track them to make sure it reaches the buyers. I also make sure I maintain the store health account. I am enthusiastic about learning about the customer journey, product trends, and market insights.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct and analyze research on customer needs, product trends, market insights, and the competitive landscape.
• Product research using keepa, Helium10, Revseller and other tools to speed up the process.
• Upload 10 products a day and adjust prices as necessary.
• Fulfill orders in amazon.
