Hi, I earned my bachelor's degree in tourism management after graduating. I already have almost 6 years of work experience and 5 years in the travel industry. I am currently employed as a provider service advocate for a healthcare organization.
I have experience in the following industries: sales, hospitality, healthcare, and travel.
I've been a sales representative or travel associate for about 3 years at one of the best-known travel agencies in the Philippines. I've acquired the skills and expertise required in the sales and travel industries as a sales representative and travel associate. I've developed a deep understanding of the marketing strategies and techniques required to drive revenue growth by doing inside and outside sales. In addition, I worked as a customer service representative for a BPO company, I handled accounts for foreign airlines based in the United States. I also have brief experience working as an interim team leader and as a support director.
I am currently working as a provider service advocate for a BPO company, handling healthcare accounts based in the United States. This field is completely new to me, and I’m glad that I was able to swiftly adapt and broaden my skill set along with it.
