Supervising building maintenance. Assist with the Director's concerns with engineering and maintenance requests. Act as a point person between the Director/Owner to other trades and contractors.
Direct reporting to the Director/Owner, preparing budget and allocation needed on various projects.
Handle sensitive information, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Documenting and filing necessary information in an organized set-up whether digital or physical for easy retrieval of information.
