• Formulates and recommends implementation of administrative rules, systems or procedures.
• Assistsin the application/securing and updating of plant’slicenses and LGUs and DENR permits.
• Identify utilities and facilities needed by the project such as electricity, communication facilities, water supply, etc.
• Ensures the maintenance of plant offices and facilities including implementation of campsite facilities conforming to the standard designs.
• Facilitates manpower hiring and monitoring and facilitates new employment contracts/renewals. Assists in the processing of applicants for trade tests and collates pre-employment requirements.
• Assists in the monitoring and updating of Manpower Requisition (MR) and status of employment contract.
• Ensures accurate monitoring of attendance and punctuality.
• Orients project occupants as well as subcontractors on time and attendance regulations as well as other rules/regulations applicable to subcontractors/manpowerservice providers.
• Ensures proper implementation of security measures/project house rules/ company rules and regulations as well as health and safety provisions.
• Monitors usage of company vehicles and supplies to ensure cost efficiency in service vehicle utilization in the project/plant.
• Monitors timely delivery of requirements, turn-over of materials, documents and permits.
• Ensures the accuracy of data and timely submission of reports, payroll data and documents submitted.
• Updates and maintains complete and accurate file of project employees. Secures and maintains 201 files for possible rehiring/turn-over.
• Ensures the implementation of quality plans and objectives of the department/projectassignment.
• Performs tasks in accordance with the processes defined in the company’s QEHSMS Manual.
