• Bank Reconciliation
• General ledger management and reconciliation.
• Communicate with client various concerns regarding the preparation of their respective financials.
• Record sales, payroll, credit card transactions, accruals, deferrals, depreciation and other necessary adjustments every period end.
• Assist in preparation of 1099 and tax returns at year-end for US clients and effect tax adjustments after year-end tax filing.
• Generate reports and perform analysis of accounts to resolve potential misrecording of transactions prior to finalization of financials.
• Xero System Navigation.
• Create Quotes and Invoices, Purchase Orders and Bills.
• Managing payroll activities, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and payroll reporting within the Xero platform.
• Reconciling bank and credit card statements with Xero records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Hubdoc management.
• Fixed Assets register and run depreciation.
• BAS and IAS preparation.
• Generating and analyzing financial reports using Xero, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Monitored the Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT) from customers and prepared CWT for vendors.
• Processed the expense reimbursement of the employees thru SAP Concur.
• Communicated with the customers about their outstanding invoices and performed collection of receivables. Record and maintained the Vendor master file.
• Assisted in the Year-End Inventory counts.
• Performed the Year-end physical Asset Verification and asset tagging.
• Perform such other accounting, financial or administrative tasks as may be assigned from time to time
