My name is Claudine Mallillin you can call me Dindin for short, I am 26 years old currenlty residing at GMA Cavite. I graduated at Eulogio “AMANG” Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology Batch 2019, and I took the course of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. I have 3 children. My eldest is a girl and she’s turning 6 years old next month, my second child just turned 3 years old and he is a boy my youngest one just turned 1 month old and he is a boy also.
I have experience working in Online Lending Company named Singularity Lending Inc, As a Tele Collector in our online lending company involves reaching out to customers who may have missed their loan payments or are experiencing difficulties in repaying their loans on time. Through thoughtful and effective communication, I work to understand their individual circumstances, reasons for the missed payments, and any challenges they might be facing. I worked here for almost 6 months from Aug 2021 to March 2022.
I also have experience working in a BPO Industry, the Company’s Name is Coforge Global Solutions, my role is Process Associate/Customer Service Representative. I’ve been working here since March 2022-2023. As a Customer Service Representative in the dispute department of a financial account, my primary responsibility is to assist customers who have concerns or disagreements related to their financial transactions or account activities such as FRAUD or NON-FRAUD transactions we are helping them file disputes for the transactions that had issues with to help them get their money back. This role involves a combination of communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of financial processes and regulations.
