Hi, I am Clarisse Dayal currently working as Adv App/ Cloud Support Engineering Analyst in a corporate company on a hybrid set up. I started my career being a Customer Service Representative as I wanted to improve my communication skills which led me giving excellent service to clients. Next is upskilling my skills and trying new path in IT industry which open new opportunities in SAP, as I became a SAP Planner in one of the most big companies in the Philippines. For this, I became an experienced and skillful individual since I practiced the profession for almost 5 years. And now, taking into another step of my journey being an Associate Software Engineer to Adv App/ Cloud Support Engineering Analyst. These experiences of mine, presents an individual with greater passion, skills and hardwork with determination and perseverance.

*Help clients in defining their needs and direct them to the corresponding modules and functionalities.
*Conceptualize functional analyses and the modeling of business processes in relation to project targets.
*Ensuring a cross-sectional view of the client's functional needs.
*Ensure the correlation between the development of solutions and the functional needs of the client.
*Perform the configuration of modules according to the business needs of the clients.
*Provide support and important technical and functional support during the deployment phases.
*Develop and provide leadership during testing and quality assurance phases
*Maintain technical documentation and transfer knowledge related to its responsibilities.
*Act as a consultant in their area of expertise and represent their department when interfacing with decision-making and technical bodies.
*Provide a monitoring role in order to understand and anticipate trends in their area of expertise, and make appropriate recommendations in terms of developing best practices for the company.
-Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
-Plan and priorities operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay -Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
-Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
- Obtain output information (number of finished products , percentage of defectives, etc.). -Prepare and submit status and performance reports, keep paperwork organized.
-Collaborates with quality control, warehouse and other staff.
