I have experience wide experience in different industries such as E-Commerce, Sales, Technical Support, and Customer Service. Throughout my career, I have worked directly with different types of clients, managing different sites at the same time. My work as a Quality Assurance Analyst particularly focuses on doing Performance Reports to gauge and manage what is needed for site improvement as a whole and per individual agent.

Managing people, and helping them grow by providing feedback on their performance is one of the best parts I do at work. I enjoy helping other people grow their skills and work experience. I can say that I'm a very approachable person. I have a great commitment towards work making sure that I finish and complete all tasks given to me on time.
