I am Clarissa De Mesa Domingo, you may call me Cla. I'm 29 years old, married, from Batangas, Philippines. I studied Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management. I'm a former Bank Employee with 8 years of experience as a Relationship Associate (RA). My background as RA has helped me develop strong communication and empathetic listening skills which have been proven to be valuable assets in any profession. I also possess experience with Accounting Basics and Microsoft Excel. I attended training at ProVA PH to enhance my skills in freelancing. I’ve learned about General Virtual Assistance specifically in Bookkeping.
As a bookkeeper, I am responsible for maintaining and recording financial transactions for businesses and individuals. My primary task is to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the books of account. I use accounting software to manage financial records, process invoices, record expenses, and manage payroll such as Intuit Quickbooks. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and standards. I prepare financial statements such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements that help businesses and individuals keep track of their financial performance.
I am excited to make your life easier by completing tasks efficiently and accurately. I can work on multiple tasks simultaneously, which makes me a reliable and efficient assistant. I continually learn and improve my skills to provide better service to you.
