GANTT CHART
During Management Meetings, I always present a Gantt chart to show our progress to our clients and provide a clear overview of our weekly accomplishments. This allow us to assess whether we were on schedule, ahead of schedule, or falling behind in our project timeline. I also included an S-curve for easy projection of the whole Project.
