In this role, I assist my client in providing essential technical support to real estate agents, ensuring they maximize their use of KW Command, DocuSign, social media platforms, and other industry-related tools. I assist agents in troubleshooting technical issues, offering step-by-step guidance to resolve system-related concerns. Additionally, I assist in onboarding and online training sessions for new agents to help them familiarize themselves with Command and other essential platforms. My role also includes content creation for newsletters and email campaigns, ensuring agents stay informed about technology updates, best practices, and new features to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
