Responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR team. These include management of HR initiatives and programs under Branding and Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, Employee Services – specifically on the Company’s rewards program, and as the point of contact for the Corporate Internal Audit team.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Branding and Sourcing
• Responsible for the management of the HR Team’s Social Media Calendar which includes updating the calendar for any changes to the tasks and priorities
• Responsible for tracking and monitoring completion of the tasks and milestones in the Social Media Calendar
• Responsible for establishing linkages to universities, job portal sites and agencies, coordinating resource needs and maintaining good working relations with such contacts
• Responsible for managing the Company’s social media pages including Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin, keeping up-to-date content and engagement
• Responsible for gathering employer or Company feedback from various websites (e.g. Glassdoor, Linkedin, etc) and reporting them to the HR team and/or Senior Management
• Responsible for assessing and recommending best sourcing programs for the Company to participate in and represents the Company in such forums/programs
• Creates or assists in creating social media content for the Company’s pages/accounts in Facebook, Instagram and/or Linkedin
• Ensures the quality of the social media content and that its aligned with the Company’s values and Code of Conduct
• Works with the different members of the team to complete Branding and Sourcing deliverables
• Conducts research and study and making appropriate recommendations to strengthen and support the Company’s branding initiatives
• Reviews Company job ads and provides recommendations on improving them in support of growing the Company’s employer brand
• Assists in creating strategies to promote the Company and the employer brand
• Keeping up to date with sourcing trends and technology
Talent Acquisition
• Responsible for coordinating the New Hire Orientation, onsite or virtual, including setting schedules, making reservations, etc.
• Responsible for screening candidates and conducting interviews for assigned open positions, as needed
Employee Services
• Responsible for updating the HR Clinic Project Calendar for the year
• Sends reminders to respective task owners for items that are due, overdue, etc.
• Responsible for providing status updates on items in the HR Clinic Project Calendar during team meetings and general assemblies
• Responsible for the management of the Company’s Rewards and Recognition Program
• Coordinating with the different Department Managers for the completion of their respective rewards programs
• Works with the different members of the team to complete Rewards and Recognition deliverables such as setting schedules for deliberation, completing data required for the decision, etc
• Responsible for providing completion reports and statistics on the Company’s Rewards and Recognition programs
• Responsible for the event coordination of the Company’s Annual Awards ceremony
Compliance
• Acts as the liaison officer or sole point of contact of the Corporate Internal Audit team
• Identifies appropriate timelines for completion of audit requirements
• Works with the different members of the team to ensure completion of the documents required by the Corporate Internal Audit team
• Conducts mock audits with the team’s new hires and conducts the annual review in preparation for any Company-wide audit
• Acts as the team’s project coordinator for any Company-wide audit related projects or tasks
Others
• Compliance with the Company Quality and Information Security Policy and sub-policies.
• Responsible for protecting information assets of the company, company assets from unauthorized disclosure, breach or loss
• Responsible for the protection of employee personal and sensitive information that he/she may have access to in the performance of his/her duties
• Any assignment/project/tasks given by the Assistant Vice President, Talent and Employee Services or the Company President
Job Description:
*Mainly responsible for handling 1st and 2nd level escalations on employee concerns, directing employee concerns to the appropriate department and escalating high level employee concerns to the HR Director.
*Oversee the ER team in processing of regularization, promotion, transfers, bonuses, incentives, system updates, up to employee separation.
*Processing of disciplinary management cases such as client complaints and HIPAA breach, including compliance to PIP.
*Processing of annual merit for all employees’ levels 1-5.
*Mainly responsible for the maintenance of the KPI inventory and quarterly monitoring of failed KPIs.
*Responsible for the company's appraisal related activities.
*Assists in employee activities or other culture initiatives.
*Responsible for updating company procedures on Employee Relations and for the assessment and calibration of ER systems, tools, etc.
Job Description:
*Assist in managing employee life cycle from hiring to separation.
*Help in communicating guidelines and policy to employees to ensure compliance to Performance Management System.
*Coordinate and prepare employee training and other educational programs by organizing and scheduling course registrations and soft skills training of seafarers.
*Assist in processing of payroll, company and government benefits.
*Handle employee rewards and recognition.
*Maintain and update the supplies inventory of the company.
*Process replenishment request for office and admin supplies of the company and the HR department.
Job Description:
*Assist the garment manager in the preparation of new garments from ordering/buying from suppliers up to store distribution.
*Prepare cost sheet for each garment (stock number, quantity, sizes, attribute). Encoding of garment details in the RPRO system.
*Print barcodes and forwards it to Warehouse/Supplier for garment tagging.
*Coordinates with the local supplier of the purchase order/deliveries.
*Assist the garment coordinator to markdown the price of all sale/discounted garments.
*Prepares weekly sales report and inventory report to garment manager.
*Distribute sale garments in warehouse in the absence of garment coordinator.
*Responsible for the movement of all top selling garments to other stores.
*Coordinate with all branches regarding garment concerns.
*Conduct store visits specially when on sale.
Job Description:
*Provides administrative support to sales officers in order to reach the monthly quota of the branch.
*Provide monthly sales reports and inventories to Branch Manager.
*Customer assistance.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Offers administrative support such as email and database management, customer support, creating reports.
