Setting up scheduled appointments for the ATM technicians. Doing outbound calls for service call confirmation, creating, updating, and coordinating with project managers. Works closely with team leaders to build, evaluate and optimize project schedules.
Updating the application database and content. Creating menus for the merchant's shops uploading and updating images on the mobile app.
