As a highly experienced BPO employee (Team Leader) with over a decade of expertise in the industry, I have led and managed a team of more than 15 Data Entry Specialists with great success. In my role, I have acted as a motivator, coach, mentor, and auditor, always striving to bring out the best in my team and ensure they deliver top-quality work.
