Multi-tasking and good communication are one of my top skills. As a parent, work-life balance, is a priority for me which makes me good at managing my time to finish workload accordingly. I’m creative and detailed oriented. I review and proofread my work, make sure it’s polished before I submit it. I may have years of experience, but I never stop myself from learning with what’s new, take risk and explore to upskill for a chance of career growth.

• Handle Calls, Email, and chat and Remote.
• Provide Level 1 support for End User applications and infrastructure, according to the approved Incident Management processes.
• Identify and report incidents, determine nature, impact, and true extent of the incident, take required action and follow-up.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of customer and customer specific business environment. Develops and maintains an understanding of customer Service Level Agreements.
• Performs incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/request/issues are communicated effectively and receiving proper management attention
• Work according to the Service Desk Job Aid.
• Review Documents provided by client and during Knowledge Transfer to create knowledge article.
• Provide Level 1 support for End-User applications and Hardware.
• Maintains a Customer Service Level.
• Create Incident tickets to escalate to the onsite support.
• Internal Front desk IT Support.
• Maintains a Customer Service Level.
• Remote end-users’ desktop for Software installation, OS issues.
• Handle Active Directory related issues.
• Handle Retail stores POS and printer issues.
• Create ticket to escalate to the correct L2/L3 support.
