As a Project Manager, I love getting to the heart of clients' pains and helping solve them with all my might. I love listening to other people's stories and helping find solutions with them in mind, or just sharing knowledge or teaching something I've learned. I believe it’s crucial to keep things moving forward and learn new things every day. So whether I'm solving a problem, helping out a colleague or just having some fun in my free time, there are infinite opportunities to gain something new!
Starting my career as a Customer Service Representative seemed like a mismatch at first given I didn’t have a strong business background or experience. However, I immediately recognized the opportunity presented to develop relationships with people on behalf of our company in order to understand what is really going on behind their product usage and customer feedback. By embracing diverse views and opinions, I helped create solutions that foster productivity between all parties involved.
I read, learn and develop on a daily basis. I am never complacent and am always looking to improve. When faced with adversity, I remain calm and collected and focused on making high-quality decisions in order to achieve success. I also strongly believe in the Law of Attraction, so much so that I'm often found reading books about it.
My passion radiates outwards through all the activities in my life. At the core, I am just a mom who is firm in her faith and beliefs. My mission is to be a positive force of change in everyone's lives and to make their dreams come true, but I try my hardest to find a balance so that I don't spread myself too thin by weakening my stance on what matters most to me.
