Closes the daily proof sheet together from cash and loan

Posts and updates daily the General and Subsidiary
ledgers(Computer);


Prepares daily reports of the ff: (trial balance, balance sheet, income
statement and other schedule)
Prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly reports of the ff: (trial
balance, financial statement and other schedules such as analysis of
the variance and among others)
Prepares and submits monthly bank reconciliation and reciprocals
accounts;
Prepares yearly branch budget;
Conducts monthly or quarterly inventory of fixed assets, unused
supplies and other accountable forms;
Coordinates with thee branch cashier and handles remittances of
withholding taxes and other due payment;
In-charge of safe keeping of proof sheets, book of accounts and
other tax receipts;
Coordinates with internal or external auditors during audit of
branch transactions;
Attends and participates in meetings as required and contribute to
team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
Prepare monthly, quarterly tax remittances;
Checks the veracity of the loan application;
Verifies and examine information and accuracy of loan application;
Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time
Apprises the HR Department as to other function(s) assigned by the
immediate head in order to update the signed duties and
responsibilities.
