Greetings! I go by the name Aira, and I'm Chrizelda Aira Catacutan. I'm 24 years old and proudly hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. My background is quite diverse, thanks to a range of professional experiences that have played a significant role in shaping my journey.

During my academic path, I had the privilege of interning for three months at a BPO company, with a specific focus on the HR department. This stint provided me with invaluable insights into the world of recruitment. I also dedicated a month to honing my skills in data entry, particularly in the context of estimating and billing, which allowed me to strengthen my organizational and data management capabilities.

One of the standout achievements in my professional life has been my extensive experience, spanning nearly four years, in HR Recruitment and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). This substantial experience has provided me with a profound understanding of the HR field and its pivotal role within organizations.

In my role as the Human Resources Coordinator within our organization, I handle a wide array of responsibilities that span the entire spectrum of the employee journey. This includes actively seeking out suitable candidates to fill job vacancies, conducting initial interviews, and recommending well-qualified individuals to the relevant departments for further assessment. I also have the responsibility of preparing and filing employment contracts for newly hired project employees, ensuring that all necessary legal requirements are met. A significant aspect of my role involves closely managing the transmission of employment contracts to the Notary Office. I am dedicated to diligently tracking contract expiration dates, promptly notifying supervisors, and overseeing the clearance process for departing employees. Additionally, I take satisfaction in acquainting new hires with our company's history, management structure, policies, procedures, and employee benefits to facilitate their seamless integration into our organization. I am also entrusted with various administrative duties, including managing cost center, contractor billing, and medical billing for the designated project vessel. Another vital task is maintaining the accuracy of our HR Information System (HRIS) by keeping it updated with the movement of project-hired staff. To ensure adherence to statutory requirements, I compile reports for new employee enrollments with entities like SSS, BIR, PHIC, and Pag-Ibig. For regulatory purposes, I assemble monthly reports on completed contracts for project workers, which are submitted to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). Furthermore, I prepare weekly reports detailing the deployment of manpower per project vessel and collect data for quarterly reports related to Key Results and Key Performance Indicators (KRA & KRI). My role is pivotal in guaranteeing the smooth operation of our organization's HR functions and adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
