MAINTENANCE PLAN / CRITICALITY ANALYSIS DATA ENTRY

The total maintenance environment depends on effective maintenance planning. All maintenance work operations are guided by the contents of the maintenance plan, which includes the actual job, directions, timeline, workers, spare parts, and contractors.

A maintenance plan is a written description of the proactive maintenance tasks performed on facility assets. The information in the booklet enables you to maintain an asset's peak performance.

I was able to conduct research for the various maintenance program of such machines and able to incorporate into this excel file which will then be review timely by the Engineer/Supervisor. Basically, its a detailed orientation of all maintenance activities for execution by Maintenance Team. 

Thorough research was conducted to come up with an organize maintenance program.
