Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental office calendar using dental practice management software.
Verify patient insurance information and process insurance claims electronically. Coordinate patient referrals and follow up on treatment plans as directed by dentists. Collect and process patient payments, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial transactions. Maintain patient records and update information securely and confidentially.
