Assist in Creating Company SOPs
As a Sales Representative, I was responsible for generating and nurturing
leads, conducting cold outreach, and setting appointments to drive sales of our
software product. I utilized various tools including NoCRM for CRM
management, ZoomInfo, Google Search, and LinkedIn for lead generation, and
the 8x8 phone app for cold lead appointment setting.
Helping my client managing his email, maintaining companies project management(construction online and buildertrend), data entry, weekly meeting check-in and create process documents using word and canva.
I assist customers via email. I make sure to clear all my queues before the end of my shift and submit reports. I also help my colleagues if they need assistance.
I retrieve medical and other healthcare records for U.S.-based clients. I’ll call to make a follow-up the requests until completion and use your best judgments and guidance to proceed with the next step.
Handling outbound and inbound calls to identify fraud and process claims
