Hi! I'm Christine Marie.
I was born in a small town in Laguna, Philippines. I moved to Davao, Philippines when I was five years old. A little bit about me, I love to hike. I've been doing it since I was in high school and it's never gotten old. I know there are people who say they don't like hiking, but for me, it's just about the feeling of being out in nature and taking in all the beauty around me.
I also love going to the beach, even though I don't know how to swim! It's so peaceful and relaxing to sit by the water with my legs dangling over the edge.
I am someone who is very detail oriented and precise when it comes to work related output. This can sometimes make me seem a bit perfectionist (which isn't necessarily a bad thing). However, if you are looking for someone who will deliver quality work on time with minimal errors then please do consider me because I will be able to do this for you.

Service:
• Follow standard quoting procedures, answer calls professionally
• Provide Billing and Claims Support, assist with policy changes
• Ensure policy renewals, obtain referrals, and manage service inbox
Customer Experience Team:
• Manage service inbox, import leads, and process endorsements
• Book appointments, re-market accounts, and prepare documents
Sales:
• Achieve sales goals, build customer relationships, and support promotions
• Document interactions, log activities, and create sales reports
• Upsell and cross-sell, maintain a book of business, and act as a point of contact
Serves as the interface between customers and the IT team. We identify and diagnose issues and problems. Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions. We also support problem identification.
RTA will work closely with Operations, to help monitoring Incoming volumes in Queues, report on Daily attendance schedule adherence of Agent in real-time, ensuring optimum service levels are achieved to deliver consistent performance.
Interpret, explain and enforce department policies and procedures. Provide a full range of customer service related to billing. Handle a diverse set of customer comments, inquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
I handle tasks like quoting, and scheduling. I assist with documentation, claims, and policy management.
