Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls, providing information which often requires the use of judgment and interpretation of policies and procedures; maintains the Mayor's calendar, scheduling meetings, screening requests and ensuring that the Mayor is cognizant of meeting times and individuals.
-As an Amazon CSR, we play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer service to Amazon customers, helping solve problems such as: locating a package; connecting an Echo to a Fire TV; returning an item; or assisting a delivery driver to get a package to a customer on time.
-As an Amazon Kindle Technical Support Associate, we investigate and resolve queries regarding Amazon’s digital services and devices, such as Kindle, Echo and Fire TV (among others) and to provide outstanding technical support to our customers.
